      Operator crew and step-ups were great people.

      Cons

      Upper management, supervisors, safety department, some digger/ dozer operators were absolutely horrendous to work with. BHP bashes into their employees an emphasis on safety, when there a numerous emergencies on-site and none of the reports filed by staff members are taken seriously. Also underpay their staff.

      Leadership in the Tucson office is highly political and unprofessional. Feedback is not given directly. Local leadership is more interested in Linkedin posting and image, rather than anything of substance.
