      Having a lunch break and a strong technical community.

      Cons

      Disconnect between teams, being promised flexibility and not having it or being shamed when wanting it if in technical services. Salary with no benefits if you are in the office onsite. Better off working for the govt with the amount of bureaucracy and red tape.

      Leadership in the Tucson office is highly political and unprofessional. Feedback is not given directly. Local leadership is more interested in Linkedin posting and image, rather than anything of substance.
