      Tiny piece of massive machine HR in different country, IT in different country. Very poorly managed by BHP lifers with no real life experience. Perceived care for employees from outside in but reality is very different.

      Leadership in the Tucson office is highly political and unprofessional. Feedback is not given directly. Local leadership is more interested in Linkedin posting and image, rather than anything of substance.
