      Pros

      Money is good. Free barista style coffee, snacks, drinks, subsidised lunch at caffeteria. Company offers salary sacrifice purchase of shares and end of year bonuses.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. There are some good people but a lot more of the bad ones. Reactive, knee-jerk style management. External consultants seem to have way too much influence on how things are done inside the company.
