Pros

BHP offers fantastic flexibility ++ do a good job of convincing everybody they are force of good.

Cons

Males discriminated against in recruiting, promotions, remuneration, in treatment as human beings. BHP have plied their managers with short term incentive bonuses and promises of promotion, to tow the line and refuse to employ or promote males. If this is not the definition of corruption then what is I do not know. How can it be that they get away with such blatant discrimination. It is disgusting. They sell it as diversity but it is just discrimination. So many examples, underqualified females in senior roles while highly qualified males lose sleep, family time and health trying to support them. it is disgusting. Please stop it you are destroying lives of not just males but their dependents as well who surprise surprise are mostly female.

Pros

Some good co-workers and good challenges

Cons

Leadership in the Tucson office is highly political and unprofessional. Feedback is not given directly. Local leadership is more interested in Linkedin posting and image, rather than anything of substance.
