      Great charter values. Great pay. Opportunities to develop and interesting work environments.

      Cons

      Poor adherence to charter values at site level. Entrenched attitudes especially in longer term employees bring down productivity and moral in what could otherwise be an innovative, safe, and exciting place to work. There is a general lack of friendly and respectful people.
