      Pay is ok - not amazing There are some perks re hotel discounts etc Flexible work options available Good networking opportunities

      Convoluted and over complicated systems and processes Lots of bullies in senior roles Terrible culture Pay could be a lot better Lots of unsuitable people in roles due to being diverse Looks great from the outside- awful place to work on the inside Low morale Toxic culture
