Pros
Good career opportunities, salary, working conditions (CBD), in-house training as well as role specific external training if deemed value add allowed and they have a good values systems. Would I work for them again?? Most probably yes as I did associate with the companies values.
Cons
The only down side is that not all managers or leaders are appropriately skilled to lead, they may be very experienced wishing their technical area of knowledge but that does not make for a visionary leader. Currently McKinsey’s are holding the reigns and the company has a very aggressive unstable feel to it, I guess the continued retrenchments verify that.
