      great safety awareness and programs in place to keep employees safe. great opportunity to advance if you want it. great opportunity to further your education, skills or advance certain programs, ie... EMT, MRT, first responder certification, etc.

      Cons

      Too heavy on top. A lot of managers and engineers. Too much paperwork to make a change.
