As a Shipper Receiver, you're responsible for far more than just shipping and receiving. The workload is heavy, and you're constantly juggling multiple tasks with little to no downtime—barely even five minutes to yourself. There’s limited support available in the role, which can make it feel overwhelming at times. Additionally, the onboarding process was poorly managed, leaving new hires unprepared for the demands of the job.
