Pros
Majority of the staff has been there a long time and are welcoming and kind. People treated with respect from the top down. The Location i work at is close to my house and son's school. Flexible with time PTO.
Cons
Even though we have complained several times, there is too much work for two part-time clerical staff. It feels overwhelming. Pay could be better.
