2yThank you for taking time to share your feedback. We have been examining and incorporating new salary resources to ensure that we are still competitive in our industry and region. Being a smaller company, it is more difficult to match the pay of the large businesses in our region. We strive to counter that with other benefits such as tuition and training reimbursement (mostly at 100%), paid parental leave and up to 3 days per week remote work schedule. Employees are encouraged to provide feedback through our annual surveys or directly to HR.
