Pros
* The people are the best! Everyone is willing to help. You will never be afraid to ask a question or feel like you are alone with no one to support and help you. * Culture is fun, collaborative, energetic, honest and real, & employee focused. * You can make anything happen in any role here at BHC RHODES. We get to make a difference! * They listen and work on making changes needed to help us. * I have witnessed the flexibility the owners are willing to have to support their employees, from- special circumstances allowing some people to work from home - career development - letting people take a leave of absence to fulfill a dream giving them security of employment when they return - creating a special group to plan events and activities to give back to the community and fun for employees. * I could go on and on but it would take a long time to write up all the pros about BHC RHODES. From the day I interviewed to now, I have had zero regrets in choosing BHC RHODES as my employer. Not everyday is easy an matter a fact some are extremely difficult but it is a honor to work here. I am thankful.
Cons
* Our industry can be a challenge with the ups and downs of projects. There may be down time but at least I can work on company initiatives and goals. * The 401k contribution is okay but I would always like more. The more the better! * Communication is always a challenge. * Lack full IT department and support * No formal training program but we still get training in a variety of forms and opportunities.
