      Nice people, laid back environment.

      Tough sale as the services are not well received unless it is for the annual Best of the Pee Dee publication when local businesses actually take interest in advertising.

      Reputation of organization / parent company Lots of opportunities to move around or love up Fast-paced and competitve

      Cons

      Newspapers are declining industry, so tried and true ways must be replaced. Finding the right solution takes energy, trial and error, and sometimes people might be part of the problem Overall staffing needs are declining as automation and consolidation eliminate need for headcount.
