Pros
The only pros I have is the location I was at and the manager I had when I started.
Cons
Corporate management was out of tune with what was actually happening on the ground. When my orginal GM left and the AGM took her spot, it went down hill. From not being on-site often, to not listening about team conflict, to lying about promoting from within. The orginal GM promoted two of my peers, i was next in line and so were the guys below me. All had completed their 6 months period to get promoted. When the positions became available they hired outside the company and failed to vet the people correctly. This caused a huge rift in the team and created managers with no accountability. They pawned work off on their runners, showed up late, left early. Collected bonuses and never shared it with the one person helping keep their home in neat working order. Beware of bad managers.
