Manager was very flexible and accommodating and most colleagues were great to work and be around.
Cons
Career prospects were low, and if you work hard you are only rewarded more work with little acknowledgement. Favorites get promotions even though they have less knowledge and rapport with clients. Wages are below than what the market offer. Lots of turnover.
