      Pros

      BGR offers all employees great benefits like medical insurance, 401(k), dental, vision, free parking, fitness center, free snacks and meals, great parties and events.

      Cons

      The biggest downside would have to be the bsy season and extrah hours requirements. There is avlot of work to get done in a small amount of time.

      Pros

      Exposure to high-profile folks in investment banking and political circles is tremendous. Opportunities to work on m&a deals in a variety of industries are abundant.

      Cons

      The starting salary was below market, I believe. They put a lot on your plate but the infrastructure wasn't there to handle the enormous administrative workload that comes with it.
