      Work could be slow at times and sometimes seemed like busywork. This was not often the case, though.

      Pros

      Exposure to high-profile folks in investment banking and political circles is tremendous. Opportunities to work on m&a deals in a variety of industries are abundant.

      Cons

      The starting salary was below market, I believe. They put a lot on your plate but the infrastructure wasn't there to handle the enormous administrative workload that comes with it.
