Pros

Great people and lots of opportunities to learn / develop. Within the team I worked I cannot speak highly enough of them, they were all at the top of their game and great at what they do. Senior management within the team was a also great at all levels. Great office spaces, which I find really valuable

Cons

Lots of redundancies to the point that now there simply are not enough people to do the work across many teams. Consequently now choices are made on what work gets done, so the business pays the price. Nothing left to squeeze from those who are left! With redundancies your profession is limited but skills you can learn here are good. Over the years a tremendous amount of ‘short termism’ has taken place when looking at certain projects and business decisions, which have or will harm the business. Benefits have been cut back over the years to a level that they’re now very basic and very little which makes the business overall compensation package offering different. Salary was good (when paid correctly) but any other benefits were below industry average or non existent. Massive issues with getting paid correctly and on time for a lot of people in the business since MSG purchased it years ago. On numerous occasions my pension or salary was not paid on time or was Incorrect. Upon leaving I was told I would receive an exit interview survey from an external company, never received it, hence this post.

Pros

Some of the nice people you meet, the ones who become friends.

Cons

The management, and so called processes, merge of companies - shameful, the highest of management who care about themselves! Some managers are bullies who couldn’t spell “care” if it hit them in the face! Embarrassing to say I wasted time here!
