      Pros

      Learned a lot about working in a corporate company. Moved up well and took on new projects often. Learned a lot from the design manager. Also helped out with new Metal division which was a promising future.

      Cons

      Did not want to increase my wage while increasing responsibilities.

      Pros

      Very good people with high standards and significant in-house capabilities

      Cons

      Over a 2 year period was never market competitive. I believe due to their significant overhead and high margin requirements, especially on outsourced components. Margin requirements much higher than I have experienced with previous companies and per current supplier input.
