To be honest not so much expect personal discount benefits.

Cons

Managers and department heads have been instructing us to create fake job postings—not with the intent to hire, but simply to schedule interviews and fill up our calendars for the day or even the month. I felt genuinely uncomfortable about this practice, especially for the candidates who went through the entire hiring process, including technical interviews, without knowing that the roles they were applying for didn’t actually exist and we simply just ghosted them at the end.
