Pros
None at all really apart from probably free tea & coffee!
Cons
Training is very poor, basically you get thrown into a chair next to somebody who for me, was very helpful in the very beginning, however it starts to makes you feel awkward asking them for help as you feel you are interrupting their workload. The employees already there are all very 'clicky' with each other & you do not feel welcome at all. Unfortunately, problems outside of work, out of my control, caused me to have a few days off in my first few of weeks. I understand this does not look good when you first begin employment, however I thought there may have been some kind of support with this & maybe a 1st written warning etc, but there was nothing, it was straight to termination of contract. The amount of customer complaints that also came through was phenomenal, so not only are they an awful company to work for, I don't think they treat their customers any better either. I guess it all boils down to money, money, money though with most employers now & they don't have any regard for anyone but themselves. Shame really.
