      Pros

      I would not have been able to open a charter school without the help, support, and guidance of BES. They are a team of incredibly talented, and committed individuals.

      Cons

      None! It's hard work, but that's the way it should be! We're doing the most important work there is, so need to be working hard.

      Strong support and access to high-performing schools throughout the country.

      Cons

      Significant expansion this past year and organization needs to keep up the pace with the increase in the number of Fellows.
