Pros

Honestly, not a lot - if any at all.

Cons

Your face must fit in order for you to be accepted Factions and cliques Management lack experience, majorly. A Head of Customer Service whom is not fit for purpose An Ops Man whom is aggressive and think they are better than what they are Expect to work from 8:30AM to 5PM with one 30 min break and nothing else Front line CSRs are expected to influence overall profit / loss of jobs whilst they have no control of pricing or scope. Bonus is based on this A really low and poor rate of pay and little to zero opportunity to progress through the ranks Crazy high attrition
