Pros
In the old days(pre- Sheldon) we were truly a top notch restoration contractor. Randy Fenton was a true visionary who implemented his vision.
Cons
Very few management people stick around. Commissions are "discretionary". It has been said more than once the only real tears Sheldon sheds are when he has to pay bonuses. Work quality has become shabby due to the turnover and very slow payment to subcontractors. The executive Team is all about the money and not anything or anyone else.
