Pros
Koc Holding subsidiary, Nothing else.
Cons
Working at Beko was one of the most demotivating experiences of my career. The company culture is toxic from the top down. C-level executives behave as if they are in a military environment, expecting employees to stand at attention and treat them with exaggerated deference instead of mutual respect. This creates a culture of fear rather than collaboration. Innovation, creativity, and genuine teamwork are stifled because the focus is on pleasing senior management rather than building a healthy, productive environment. Instead of empowering employees, leadership enforces rigid hierarchy and outdated management practices. If you value professional growth, respect, and a supportive workplace, look elsewhere. Beko’s culture is stuck in the past, prioritizing appearances and ego over people and progress.
