Great place to work! Team atmosphere. Flexible work/life policies support individual needs. Company has high standards for customer support and service, great software products. There are growth and learning opportunities every day, never boring.

Sometimes expectations/job responsibilities are not clear - have to wear many hats.

It's family-run, which does lend itself to a bit of a family atmosphere. Good work/life balance and very flexible to personal needs.

Leadership is completely lacking and there is no cohesive direction in the company, leading them to lay off a big chunk of their workforce a few years ago. Benefits aren't great. Employees are often subject to screaming and verbal abuse.
