A competitive team environment with the will to improve not just the work they do, but themselves as well. The company is supportive of athletic endevours-- as an example, they installed a gym in their 1000 sqft office space just for the staff.

They're still a small business, so one has to work cross-divisionally or give input on topics that don't necessarily fall under one's function. This can be sometimes a bit distracting.

I loved working at BE Ultimate! The team was great to work with. The collaboration was very good and even though it was remote, everyone on the team was responsive and helpful.

I have no complaints. Keep it up
