From the time I worked the feeling of working in a corporate was good with good knowledge and enthu around you . But now nothing remains. Imagine a company which had 30 employees in 2014-2015 and not even 1 of them stayed back. For a fresher its good to gain industry knowledge. Better to work for a month or two.

You will be part of the scam the company does. Forget your salary it will be paid in three or four segments. If you work for the current month u might end up getting paid 2 or 3 mnths later.

No Pros at all. This is just a Company for Owner to earn money. The employees are never happy. - Bad salary slabs - they pay penauts and expect lions and tigers to work for them but most often than not monkeys end up in the office

Initially the company was good. CEO to everyone was working towards a goal and the company was doing good. After a point of time when revenue started flowing, I guess CEO forgot all his values and became money minded. - Company does not pay sales tax - Any small reason of chance they cut 3000 rupees attendance allowance - No Proper training. - They pay less and get less quality candidates and finally expecting a Million Dollar Profit - They cheat their customers. Once the customer invests with us the conference/events will be cancelled and the money will not be refunded - I came to know about a Conference wherein People had invested however the event was cancelled but was not notified and Delegates had gone to the location to find out that it was cancelled months earlier. When they asked for refund ... A BIG NO - They are money minded and does not work a small portion towards Customer Satisfaction. - This company looks for temporary money and does not give what is promised to the customer - BAd management - CEO speaks like a LORD but does nothing to improve the situation. HE is a BOSS and not a LEADER - Last year because of bad Management all the Key Revenue Generating Employees of the company left and the company went into shambles for one year and now I hear they are coming back to level - They make the employee leave so that they need not pay the commission and someone inside the company will eat it -they choose freshers just so that they don reply back and can be used as slaves for less money NEVER JOIN THIS COMPANY UNLESS ALL THESE THINGS HAVE CHANGED (which most probably wont)
