Good company - Human Resources Coordinator BDT Management Employee Review

Great location. Good money potiential as the owner Brezhnev tells you during the second round interview.

There were a lot of issues with Brezhnev employees and himself payment wise. He was never accurate with payment. He made you fill out a time sheet for no reason because he files them away and goes by what he "Thinks" you've worked. Myself along with other employees had the biggest problem with that. As employees started to quit, I also ended up quitting because of poor management.Lastly, once you're done with this company, he will not give you your last paycheck for the hours you've worked no matter how much you request it. He even stops picking up your phone calls...what kind of manangement is this? I wouldn't want anyone to work with management like this.

You can make a decent amount of money here if you're good in sales, however you will not advance true to time if the manager cannot get other employees to stay at the company.

If you stop working for BDT they will not pay you your base pay for the hours you worked. They will withhold your check and ignore your requests for the payment you are entitled to.
