      Pros

      I like the weekly pay and the management team is very supportive. The idea of working with a big company to sell their products in big box stores is fun. Usually you’ll be sent to a store and promote a product so making sure you are self motivated is key.

      Cons

      Most of these jobs are only weekends.

      - work from home flexibility

      Cons

      - Company culture, it was great initially. You could tell the leadership team really cared about their employees and sadly once leadership changed, things were never the same - minimal opportunities for growth in management roles - Pay is lower than competitors in the same field - Commission requirements were never clear and always changing making it difficult to attain
