      - Poor pay - Favorites are promoted - Long hours without OT - Do not value workers - Not a lot of room for advancement unless you play the game

      Work from home possible Hybrid work possible

      Cons

      Everything else. Management will micromanage you to death. They did not provide raises last year and they announced it via 45 second teams call. People get promoted for being liked by manager not due to work load.
