      The learning curve starting out is relatively simple but is very in-depth at times.

      I can see how tedious and annoying it becomes relieving random issues that pop out day-to-day as a team lead or manager

      Great environment, great management, great coworkers, good pay, easy job.

      Cons

      Takes a while to move up, but in the way that turnover is little. Which isn't much of a con.

      Work from home possible Hybrid work possible

      Cons

      Everything else. Management will micromanage you to death. They did not provide raises last year and they announced it via 45 second teams call. People get promoted for being liked by manager not due to work load.
