      Poor Management, Poor Training no growth horrible atmosphere no real leadership. I have seen people come in the door of BDP and bounce in like 3 weeks.

      Great team and management. Positive work environment with acknowledgement of successes and accomplishments. Appreciated.

      Cons

      Too many systems to work efficiently. Need to streamline processes. I.T. department overseas and not practical for USA issues.
