      A lot of great people, can be a fun environment

      Cons

      Extreme work load, management always wants you to do more with less people, but having processes automated is like pulling teeth. Not only that but you have to take on additional projects like process automation while still doing normal operations, people management, etc..

      Pros

      Great team and management. Positive work environment with acknowledgement of successes and accomplishments. Appreciated.

      Cons

      Too many systems to work efficiently. Need to streamline processes. I.T. department overseas and not practical for USA issues.
