Pros

There are no pros to this company

Cons

Micro managed, no empowerment in the team, very clicked management. The company does not invest in its employees. They offer no training but then have unskilled owners to come to give you a day training. Managers in place have no business skills and no professionalism. Management has an open door policy meaning everyone and I mean everyone has full disclosure of your business. They look to set you up for failure. They are a mom and pop business but have no idea what they are doing. What they only care about is money. Employees are last on the totem pole.

None, None, None, None, None

Cons

If you are accustomed to traditional property management, I would not recommend working for this company. It is not operated with consistent policies, procedures, regulations, or a formal employee handbook. The company is run solely at the discretion of the owner, whose decisions are made subjectively and without transparency. Notably, the owner has never worked on-site. There are no commissions for salaried employees, and compensation does not reflect the volume or level of work required. Recognition is minimal and often limited to forced expressions of gratitude rather than meaningful compensation. In nearly nine years, none of my managers received bonuses, largely because employees are not allowed access to budgets or financials. The company structure revolves entirely around one individual, and leadership at the main office follows that direction without question. While I understand the owner controls payroll, accountability and respect are lacking. When I first joined the company eight years ago, it felt like a breath of fresh air and a positive environment. Unfortunately, the past few years have been extremely difficult. There is poor communication, compensation issues, and a complete lack of accountability. Apologies are never offered, and responsibility is consistently avoided.
