Cons
Management strategies were hitting hard on the employees . In the name of Cost cutting the below basic things in any IT company is removed 1. Tissue paper in Rest rooms. 2. A/C will be switched ON between 9 AM to 5.30 PM. 3. No more team outings/lunch etc(Not sure if it is a part of cost cutting but these are not given nowadays). 4. Average hike % in salary is 5 to 6%.
