Reasonable wages, flexible work options, great people, friendly culture, CEO is available, caring and treats his people as assets. Very straight forward business model. Promotes and develops people from within.
Cons
Lack of organization, process and governance; chaotic decision making process; excessive nepotism which allows personal conflicts to be highly visible and frequently affects results. Longer term employees are very change resistant and tend to dismiss newer people's ideas as inferior or uninformed. High reliance on tribal knowledge and managing by relationships rather than qualifications.
