Worst working company Negative Work life balance Give preference to only Mallu people in all cases including increment, promotion and all. And for working rest employees are used like slaves Working since 30 years, but no funds in hand. Profit shared between director every year and have to start from 0 again from the start of year Management behind only to fill their own pockets. No passing of profit to employees. Employees can work, 15-16 Hrs, but can't come 1 mins late on next day, most shittest rule. Management can decide the rules and can change whenever they want. No one can raise the voice against it. Worst behaviour in Covid lockdown condition. Reduced salaries of employees, ask them to left the company even having good project in hand. And forces remaining manpower to complete the assignment within time by asking them to work day and night, just to make profit out of them.
