free lunch and breakfast ( coz they get tax benefits). early stage responsibilities (because they want someone to scold during frustration).
Cons
illegal TDS collection from employees, unethical research practices, they cheat clients with fake data. worst employee retention rate. employees don't get experience letters untill they want to give you. salary gets credited on 10th of every month (mostly gets delayed). they make you believe that they dont want you but its a trick to get you stay for low salary. directors believe employees are idiots as they don't know they are cheating them. funny they dont have a single worthy consultant from iim or ric yet boast it in their website.
