The title says it all. I left BDA because BDA screwed me out of my yearly bonus which was tens of thousands of dollars. I was told directly by Jay that I had to lower most of my margins for the year to maintain client relationships or else, I did not have a choice. I was told that they would make an exception for me when bonus time came around the following spring. I greatly exceeded my sales, and I did not receive a penny from BDA and they refused to make an exception. Warning, top salespeople. Do not come to this company if you are a high performer, because you will get screwed over. Sorry HR, I don't think you can counter my response. I speak the truth.
