      Steep learning curve. can learn much about equity investment in China. Fair environment since all work were done based on projects, so u will be reviewed by many managers instead of only one manager

      long working hours, from 10 am to 1 am every week day

      Supervisors are very nice to teach you new things. They are all very hard-working. They care not just your quality and speed of work, but also your progress.
