Hello, Thank you for choosing to work with us for 5+ years. Obviously, we have given you reasons to want to be here, and we appreciate you taking time to provide feedback. It's clear you are communicating suggestions to enable you to be here another 5-7 years, and we take that seriously. As was communicated in this month's townhall, we also encourage you to engage your leadership directly, or utilize open-door policies for engaging your US leadership, if preferred. I know many of these items were addressed in the April townhall, which came after this review was posted, but they were also addressed in previous townhalls. We want to be an employer of choice, which includes being candid on the "why's" behind all of these items. However, the above does not appropriately present the full-picture. Leadership has outlined their vision for adjusting commission in 2024, but that takes time, and we offer yearly appraisal adjustments for salary. Leadership has owned the recent complications with the ATS and the actions we are taking to resolve. The delays are driven by our commitment to get it right. Everyone has multiple job boards, and leadership has repeatedly outlined the inefficiencies and underuse that drove decisions to prioritize on coaching optimization of tools. Employees have virtual days each month and there is a published path for employees to qualify for permanent virtual. Weekend's have not been mandatory for several months. We're proud to foster open communication and provide avenues for feedback, including platforms like Glassdoor. If you'd like to discuss these matters further, please reach out directly to your leadership or contact our Experience team at wehearyou@bcforward.com. We're here to listen and address any concerns.

Pros

Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability insurance, ID protection, and 401k are offered. A good "filler" job if you are needing a paycheck while looking for a better (permanent) position. Low stress level (in my current project). Flexible schedules.

Cons

I've worked with this company for 2-plus years and haven't even received a cost of living raise. No real career advancement opportunities. No education or training opportunities. No PTO whatsoever. No paid holidays or sick leave. If you take time off for a doctors appointment (for example) it is up to your supervisor's discretion if you can make up that time. My previous supervisor I was able to do that but my current one doesn't allow it so it means a shorter paycheck. Very discouraging that a person has to decide whether to see their doctor or get a full paycheck.
