      Pros

      Local people, no stress work, human size bank, good implantation on the local market as a reference

      Cons

      Disorganized, management don't care about employees. Salaries are much under the market prices. No opportunities for long term employees, they better hire external people and pay them more than to do evaluate their own employees. Bank controlled by ex-credit suisse. Enormous turn-over
