Unfullfilled employment promise - Software Test Lead BCT Consulting Employee Review

Once you deployed in client place you don't receive any benefits from client place as well the parent company as like any contract job, Initially i was told by BCT that I will be getting permanent position in the parent company within 6 months , Now even after more than 12 months they least bother about it and there is no salary review or promotion nothing , when i tried to address this concern internally and the response has been unsatisfactory.
