      Pros

      BCSG is more agile that a lot of more established companies Management truly care about their people They know how to celebrate events Located tantalisingly close to the Old Street tech hub and the foodie paradise of White Cross market Interesting international clientele They actually have a strategy for tackling technical debt

      Cons

      Because of its size, it is often strong-armed by clients It can appear a bit cliquey at times. There are some very tight-knit groups which sometimes makes others feel like outsiders.

      Pros

      lively atmosphere, simple structure means everyone can work with everyone, agile, things get solved quickly.

      Cons

      start-up. lack effective promotion mechanism. Resources are not well balanced between teams and department. Some teams have people doing nothing while others have people over occupied.

      Pros

      Company culture and colleagues are the best quality of BCSG. The work can be stressful but, because of the atmosphere everybody is happy to put an extra effort in their work.

      Overall business strategy is not clear and changes all the time
