Pros

NONE, no Pros here, don't believe on what other reviews says

Cons

1. Dirty Workplace 2. Unhygienic Workplace, Restroom 3. CEO , credit grabber, Managers are perfect example of manipulator and Gaslighters. 4. You can hear managers fight like kids, shouting everywhere, even the CEO 5. They will humiliate you in every way they can 6. You have a lot of workloads to do even though you are newly hired. A. No Formal Training B. Self taught C. No SIT/UAT Environment Set up D. Extended Work Hours E. Company Policy and Salary Deductions specially for late is anti poor, anti employee engagement F. Salary Increase is non existent unless you fight for it. G. Some of the Managers are old people who thinks highly of themselves 7. Salary is too low, Basic Salary should not be applied to Developers or IT Staff because you create some of the products that they sell, keep that in mind. 8. Stressful Environment, You might develop a sickness just like what happened to one of the employees, because of manifestation of stress. 9. No good stuff i can bring out of my mouth about this company and it's Workplace, CEO, Managers. They are all the same.

Pros

I'm lucky that I've been part of a department where everyone is friendly. Most of them are good mentors and you can definitely learn a lot from them.

Cons

A lot actually: - Bad leadership. - Employees are underpaid: work more, pay less. - It still relies on manual business processes, considering that they are an IT company. - No work/life balance. - Not appreciating employee's worth no matter how tenured they are. - Not a good stepping stone for starters. - Others... To summarize, the work environment is toxic and unhealthy.
