      Great product lines, Most people are good people to work with, wages were decent, benefits were fair, LONG history ......

      Cons

      Job security is a joke, regardless of your value or length of service. 1 department (person) runs that place & its not the CEO. Tribal knowledge is almost gone with a product that HEAVILY relies on it both in the eng dept as well as the shop floor

      Many years of being focused on legacy equipment has limited their ability to grow. Many employees who have been there a long time are stuck in their ways and need a kick in the butt to change their mindsets.
