Salary on time that’s the only Pros

You cannot work here Coz of the people inside the company. I worked for south region where I had to report to a kid who has this “I am the best” attitude he/she won’t give you any leads (if u r new to the industry as well) the sales pitch has to be exactly same that is given to u not even a single changes will be accepted. They will demotivate you every minute atleast 3-4 people have left the company coz of them. The founders are comparatively better then these so called managers (with minimum experience) ..... All they are bothered is about their own incentives and they won’t care about you being your manager.....
