Pros
Good pension plan. Vacation and sick days are fair.
Cons
The entire system of this company is quite chaotic. You'll often find yourself working overtime due to receiving urgent requests, especially from the leadership and HR department. It's highly politicized, which is not conducive to a thriving company or a healthy leadership environment. A company should focus more on its business, improving work efficiency, and caring for its employees, rather than constantly being in opposition to them and always monitoring their work everyday. Making what they consider to be correct decisions that result in decreased work efficiency and frequent conflicts with employees is unacceptable. For instance, even if you're unwell and need to visit the hospital in the morning, you have to attend meetings (not important) on site in the afternoon because of some scheduled event, rather than allowing time for recovery or enabling participation through video conferencing. This reflects serious issues within the company's management. Hence, if you're considering working here, it's advisable to be single and preferably a workaholic, as this seems to be conducive to advancement and promotion within the company.
